We do not rely on automation to make publishing decisions. VJ Research Hub is not tied to any single institution or agenda. Our platform is independent, and our policies are shaped around academic standards rather than commercial convenience. We operate as a fully open-access publisher. This means that all content we publish is immediately available online, free to read, without the need for subscriptions or login barriers. Authors retain copyright over their published work and are free to share it as they wish. This model ensures that research reaches the widest possible audience and is not hidden behind restrictive systems. Our open-access model is funded through article processing charges, which are only collected after a manuscript has passed peer review and been formally accepted. We do not charge for submission or for early-stage review. The costs we do apply are clearly stated and support editorial, production, indexing, and archiving services.

We understand that publication is only one part of a researcher’s work. What happens after publication is just as important. That is why we invest in systems that support long-term visibility and access. Every article we publish is assigned a DOI, permanently archived, and made discoverable through multiple academic databases. We also offer reprint services, options for enhanced layout, and support for article-level metrics. Authors can monitor how often their work is read, cited, or downloaded and can request promotional assistance when needed.

Our journals are designed to accommodate a wide range of content types. While we welcome traditional research articles and reviews, we also recognize the importance of case studies, clinical observations, short reports, and data-driven communications. We support multimedia submissions including video abstracts, narrated presentations, and educational slide decks. We are also building a space for long-form academic work in the form of e-books, monographs, and thematic collections. By offering these options, we give researchers greater freedom in how they present their findings and how they connect with their audience.

Peer review is the cornerstone of our publishing process. At VJ Research Hub, we follow standard double-blind or single-blind review models depending on the journal and discipline.
