Articles are reviewed by qualified experts, checked for originality and clarity, and prepared with care. We do not publish without proper review, and we do not compromise standards in exchange for speed. Our open access commitment is supported by a full editorial process that values accuracy, transparency, and fairness.

To support this model, VJ Research Hub collects a publication fee only after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and is ready for publication. We do not charge submission fees, and we do not begin invoicing until the article has received final editorial approval. The fee collected covers the cost of peer review coordination, editorial oversight, digital formatting, DOI assignment, long-term archiving, and platform maintenance. We keep our article processing charges reasonable and transparent, and we offer support for authors who require assistance. In some cases, authors from low-income regions or those without funding may request discounts or waivers. Each request is considered individually and with respect for the research being presented.

We understand that for many authors, publication costs are a concern. That is why we aim to keep our system clear and supportive. We never surprise authors with hidden charges. We never use pricing as a filter for acceptance. Editorial decisions are based on merit, not financial status. Our model is structured to separate peer review from payment so that research quality remains the central focus of the process.

Readers can access articles today, and they will still be accessible years from now, regardless of changes in platform or policy.
