Author Guidelines

VJ Research Hub welcomes submissions from researchers, clinicians, academicians, and practitioners across all scientific and scholarly disciplines. Our journals are open access and peer-reviewed, and we are committed to ensuring that the publishing process is fair, transparent, and efficient. We accept a range of article types including original research papers, review articles, short communications, case studies, pictorial essays, video submissions, and extended formats such as academic e-books.

All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are expected to ensure that their work is clear, well-structured, and free from plagiarism. Submissions that do not meet basic academic standards will not proceed to peer review.

Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare their manuscripts in clear English, using a standard word processing format. Each submission must include a title, abstract, keywords, main text, references, and any applicable tables or figures. For research articles, the main text should generally follow the IMRaD structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Submissions must include author affiliations and a corresponding author’s contact details.

Formatting and Referencing
Manuscripts should be typed in a readable font (such as Times New Roman or Arial) with double spacing and standard margins. Citations must be accurate and consistent throughout. All references cited in the text must be listed at the end of the manuscript. The journal accepts citations in APA style. Authors must ensure accuracy and consistency in referencing.

Ethics and Consent
For research involving human or animal subjects, ethical approval and informed consent statements must be included. Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources at the time of submission.

Submission Process
Manuscripts can be submitted through the journal’s online system or via email, as directed on the journal’s submission page. Authors will receive an acknowledgment upon submission and updates during the review process. A publication fee will be charged only after acceptance.
