At VJ Research Hub, we recognize that scholarly publishing is not only about digital access. In many academic, professional, and institutional contexts, there is still a valuable place for printed materials. Whether for classroom teaching, conference distribution, research archiving, or institutional records, physical copies of published articles, books, and special issues can serve a practical and lasting role. Our reprint service is designed to meet these needs with quality, professionalism, and care.

All content published on our platform is openly accessible in digital format. Authors and readers can freely download, share, and distribute digital PDFs of articles, book chapters, and e-books. However, for those who require printed versions, either in limited or bulk quantities, we offer a reprint service that is reliable, affordable, and fully customized to individual requirements.

Reprints are available for a wide range of published material, including research articles, case reports, review papers, editorials, e-book chapters, and entire monographs. We also provide reprint support for special issues, thematic collections, and conference proceedings. Whether you are an author who wishes to share your work with collaborators, an academic preparing a reader for students, or an institution compiling a volume of affiliated publications, we are ready to assist with high-quality printed editions tailored to your specifications.

Our reprints are produced on premium paper using professional printing methods to ensure clarity, durability, and presentation value. Each copy is formatted to match the original published layout, including figures, tables, references, and citations. Covers may be customized to include institutional logos, acknowledgments, or event branding upon request. Authors may also request a preface, message, or dedication page for commemorative or conference purposes.

We understand that authors often wish to preserve or showcase their published work in physical form. Reprints serve this need well. They are useful for academic portfolios, job applications, internal assessments, grant reporting, and professional outreach. In addition, faculty members may request reprints to include in teaching packets or course readers, especially where internet access is limited or where printed materials are preferred by students. Our print-on-demand model ensures flexibility in quantity, cost, and turnaround time.

Ordering reprints from VJ Research Hub is a straightforward process. Authors or institutions can contact our team with the details of the publication they wish to have printed. We will verify the article or book, confirm the formatting, and prepare a print-ready version. Once the design is approved by the requester, we proceed with printing and shipping. Delivery times vary by region, but we work with reliable global print partners to ensure timely and secure distribution.

The minimum reprint order is typically 10 copies for articles and 5 copies for e-books or full-length volumes. We can provide single copies for special cases such as archival deposit or author keepsake, but bulk orders are more cost-effective. Reprint pricing depends on the number of pages, quantity ordered, paper type, binding preference (saddle-stitched or perfect bound), and shipping destination. We always provide a detailed quote before proceeding, and no payment is requested until the final proof is approved.

In addition to standard reprints, we offer the option of personalized or branded editions. Academic institutions, research centers, or professional organizations may request reprints with custom covers or inserts. These may include institutional logos, forewords, sponsor acknowledgments, or conference banners. For special issues published in partnership with a university or society, we can also design co-branded reprint series to be distributed at events or retained in departmental archives.

We also support authors who wish to gift printed copies of their work to collaborators, mentors, funders, or community stakeholders. Research that has a local or policy relevance may benefit from being shared in physical form with those beyond academia. In such cases, reprints serve not only as academic products but also as tools for outreach, advocacy, and knowledge translation. Our team is happy to work with authors to make these deliveries possible and impactful.

All reprinted material includes the original DOI and citation information. This ensures that the content remains part of the scholarly record and is properly referenced in any use or redistribution. Printed copies are not substitutes for digital access but are intended as supplementary formats. They carry the same version of record as published on our platform and follow the same editorial standards.

Authors may also request certificates of publication or reprint authentication letters to accompany their orders. These are useful for administrative, academic, or governmental purposes, especially when reprints are being used for funding reports, research audits, or formal submissions. We provide these documents at no additional cost for authors ordering reprints through our platform.

In some cases, institutions or departments may wish to create archival collections of all works published by their faculty or researchers. We support this by offering batch reprints of multiple articles across different journals or issues. Our team can curate these materials into thematic volumes, departmental showcases, or institutional publication series. This is particularly useful for academic reporting, alumni engagement, or grant-based dissemination.

We take great care in ensuring that reprints reflect the same quality, clarity, and professionalism as the digital versions. From typography to image resolution, every detail is checked before printing. Authors are sent proofs to approve layout, cover, and pagination before final printing. We do not move forward until the author or institution confirms that the content is accurate and complete.

While our primary mission remains digital and open-access, we believe that print still holds relevance. Not all knowledge needs to remain on screens. In many settings, the ability to hold, gift, archive, or present a printed piece of research brings added value and presence. We support that, and we are committed to making it easy and affordable for anyone publishing with us.

To request reprints, authors should write to our editorial services team with the article title, journal name, publication date, and the number of copies required. We also ask that any design or customization requests be mentioned in the first communication. Our team will respond with options, pricing, timelines, and sample layouts. All reprint requests are handled with care and transparency.

We do not require a separate publishing agreement for reprints. The original copyright and licensing terms apply. If the article or book was published under a Creative Commons license, the reprint will carry the same license. We make sure that all copyright and author attributions are fully preserved in print.

Reprints are an optional service. There is no obligation to order them, and their availability does not influence the editorial or peer review process. They are provided purely as an added value for those who see benefit in a printed version of their work. Many authors tell us that seeing their work in print feels different. It makes the research more tangible, more present, and more permanent. We respect that, and we are here to support it.

At VJ Research Hub, our commitment to researchers continues even after publication. Reprints are one of many ways we extend that commitment, offering tools, formats, and services that help your work travel further, reach more people, and remain part of the lasting academic conversation.
