Author Guidelines

The Journal of Applied and Integrative Sciences welcomes original manuscripts that align with its interdisciplinary and applied scientific scope. Authors should ensure that their work has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or via the designated email address provided on the journal website. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening before being forwarded for peer review.

Manuscript Categories
The journal accepts several types of scholarly contributions, including:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications
  • Technical Notes
  • Case Studies
  • Commentaries and Perspectives

Authors should clearly indicate the manuscript type at the time of submission. Each article type may have specific formatting requirements, and authors are encouraged to refer to the detailed author instructions available online.

Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Authors should avoid jargon and maintain consistency in terminology. The following structure is recommended for most research articles:

  • Title
  • Abstract (200–250 words)
  • Keywords (3–6 terms)
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  • References

Tables and figures should be clearly labeled and placed appropriately within the manuscript or submitted as separate files if required. All figures must be of high resolution.

Referencing Style
The journal follows a standard referencing format (APA, Vancouver, or Harvard, as specified on the journal website). References should be accurate, complete, and formatted uniformly. Authors must ensure that all cited works are included in the reference list and that all listed references are cited within the text.

Ethical Considerations
Submissions must adhere to ethical guidelines for research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data. Ethical approval statements must be included where applicable. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and declare all sources of funding. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and image manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in rejection.

Authorship and Contributions
Only individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research and manuscript preparation should be listed as authors. All listed authors must approve the final version of the manuscript. Contributions from individuals who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and are expected to provide objective and constructive feedback. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments. The final decision rests with the editorial board.

Article Processing Charges (APC)
There are no charges for manuscript submission. Article Processing Charges apply only after acceptance and are used to cover editorial, production, and hosting costs. Detailed information about the APC is available on the journal website.

Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors retain copyright of their work but are required to grant the journal a license to publish under an open-access model. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license, allowing for wide dissemination and reuse with proper attribution.

Language and Editing Support
Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek language editing assistance prior to submission. The journal may also recommend professional editing services to enhance clarity and readability where needed.

Data Availability and Supplementary Material
Where applicable, authors should provide access to raw data, code, or supplementary material that supports the findings. Data sharing enhances transparency and reproducibility and is encouraged wherever feasible.

Contact and Support
For questions regarding the submission process, manuscript preparation, or journal policies, authors may contact the editorial office through the email address provided on the journal website.
