The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Computational Systems invites original, high-quality manuscripts that align with its thematic focus. Authors must ensure that their submissions adhere to the following guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these standards may be returned prior to peer review.
General Requirements
All submissions must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Any form of plagiarism, data manipulation, or ethical misconduct will result in immediate rejection. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and authenticity of their work.
Manuscript Types Accepted
• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Short Communications
• Technical Reports or System Descriptions
• Methodological Papers
• Invited Editorials or Commentaries
Manuscript Formatting
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format using Times New Roman, 12-point font, with double spacing and standard 1-inch margins. All pages should be numbered. Submissions must follow a logical structure with appropriate section headings and subheadings.
Title Page

• Name, email, and contact number of the corresponding author
• ORCID iDs (if available)
• A short running title (maximum 50 characters)
Abstract and Keywords
• Abstract: 200–300 words summarizing the background, methods, results, and conclusion
• Keywords: 4 to 6 relevant terms listed below the abstract
Main Text Structure
For Original Research Articles, the typical structure is:
• Introduction: Overview of the problem, background context, and study objectives
• Methods: Clear explanation of datasets, algorithms, models, architectures, or evaluation techniques
• Results: Presentation of experimental outcomes with figures, tables, or statistical analysis
• Discussion: Interpretation of findings, relevance to current literature, and practical implications
• Conclusion: Summary of contributions, key insights, and potential future work
Review Articles should provide a critical synthesis of literature on topics such as AI algorithms, machine learning pipelines, deep neural networks, computational modeling, or deployment architectures. Systematic reviews must follow PRISMA or similar guidelines where applicable.
Technical Reports and System Descriptions should describe design, architecture, and performance of novel intelligent systems, including deployment challenges and system integration details.
Tables and Figures
• All tables and figures must be numbered and cited in the main text
• Provide descriptive titles and legends
• Figures must be submitted in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
• Avoid duplication of information in tables and figures
References
References must follow APA style. In-text citations must correspond to full references at the end of the manuscript. Use the author–date format consistently throughout.
Ethical Considerations
If the research involves human subjects, user data, surveillance systems, or autonomous decision-making platforms, appropriate ethical clearance and consent documentation must be provided. Authors must confirm adherence to national or institutional research ethics protocols.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional affiliations that could be perceived as influencing the content of the manuscript. A conflict of interest statement is required for all submissions, even if no conflicts exist.
Funding Statement
Disclose all sources of financial support, including funding agencies, grant numbers, or institutional sponsors, if applicable.
Acknowledgments
Optional acknowledgments may be included to recognize contributors who do not meet authorship criteria but assisted with technical, editorial, or institutional support.
Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the research design, data analysis, writing, or critical revisions. The corresponding author must confirm that all co-authors have read and approved the final version.
Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or email. Required files include the title page, main manuscript, figures, tables, and any supplementary material.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review. Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts to ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and relevance. Final decisions rest with the editorial board.
Copyright and Licensing
The journal operates under an open-access model. Authors retain copyright and grant the publisher the right to distribute the published version under a Creative Commons license. All published articles are freely accessible.
Proofs and Corrections
Page proofs will be sent to the corresponding author prior to publication. Authors must review the proofs and return any corrections promptly. Only essential corrections are permitted at this stage.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only to accepted papers. There are no fees at the submission stage. APC supports peer review management, production, and open-access hosting. Invoices are issued upon acceptance.
